THE DELIVERY PROBLEM
Oral peptides fail in one specific place. The coating is built for that place.
The capsule shell is pH-responsive: stable in acid, soluble at intestinal pH. That single property is what makes oral administration viable for molecules that otherwise have to be injected.
STAGE 01 · pH 1.5–3.5
Stomach
The enteric shell stays intact in gastric acid. The peptide payload is never exposed to pepsin or low pH.
STAGE 02 · pH 6.0–7.4
Small intestine
The shell dissolves at intestinal pH and the peptides solubilize at the absorptive surface, not upstream of it.

Absorption
